2. Use of the Platform

3. Content Generation and Ownership

- The content generated using the Platform belongs to you. However, by using the Platform, you grant RapidTextAI.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the generated content for the sole purpose of providing the Platform's services.
- You acknowledge that the generated content may be based on data from the OpenAI API and that OpenAI's terms of use apply to such data.

4. Acceptable Use

- You agree not to generate content that infringes on copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or any third-party rights.
- You agree not to generate content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or violates any applicable laws.
- You agree not to use the Platform to impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Payment, Fees, and Subscriptions

- The use of certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan you select.
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize RapidTextAI.com to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Free Trial: Where a free trial is offered, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. No charge is made during the trial period.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at contact@rapidtextai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
- Price Changes: Fees are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. RapidTextAI.com does not store your full card details. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability

- We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, the Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or other reasons.
- We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the Platform's unavailability.

7. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RapidTextAI.com, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable.
